What is eQuest?
eQuest is CSU's service request software. It replaced the Remedy Help Desk application on July 1, 2008.
To submit a request for service
- Go to the eQuest login page
- Login using your CougarNet username and password
- Select the type of help you need. Choose from:
- UITS Support (Computer)
- Printing Services
- Plant Operations
- Click the Submit Request icon in the middle of the screen.
- Fill out the request form.

Why change from Remedy?
The Remedy Help Desk application was introduced at CSU in 1997. Since then, enrollment has increased by 33% and the number of full-time faculty and staff is over 750. To better serve the growing needs of faculty, staff and students it is necessary to upgrade to a new system.
